• Your selected publishing platforms, sync history, language preference, and local settings.
• Your Script Store account status, email address, subscription plan, and entitlement information.
• Self-hosted site configuration, such as WordPress, Typecho, or MetaWeblog API endpoint and username.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information only for the following purposes:

• Detecting article content from the current webpage.
• Previewing and editing content before publishing.
• Publishing content to the platforms selected by the user.
• Saving sync history and user preferences.
• Providing account login, subscription, and feature entitlement verification.
• Improving the stability and user experience of the Extension.

3. Local Storage

The Extension uses browser local storage to store necessary data such as login tokens, sync history, selected platforms, language settings, and self-hosted site configuration. Self-hosted site credentials are stored locally in your browser and are used only for publishing content to the sites you configure.

4. Network Requests

The Extension communicates with related services when you log in, subscribe, verify entitlements, or publish content.

When you choose to publish content to a third-party platform, the Extension sends necessary publishing requests to the platform you selected.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your article content and personal information are not shared with unrelated third parties, except for the services required to provide the Extension’s functionality, such as the platforms you explicitly choose to publish to and the account service used for authentication and entitlement verification.

• downloads: Used to support local export features such as Markdown ZIP downloads.
• sidePanel: Used to display the Extension interface in the Chrome side panel.
• host permissions: Used to detect article content on webpages and publish content to user-selected platforms.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission or local storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser environment, accounts, and self-hosted site configurations.

8. User Control

You can manage your data in the following ways:

• Remove the Extension from Chrome to delete extension-related local data.
• Manage self-hosted site configurations and sync history within the Extension interface.
• Sign out of your Script Store account.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy
